Viešoji įstaiga „Kintai Arts“ buvo perorganizuota iš individualios steigėjos Audros Juodeškienės įmonės „Brigė“. Ji savo veiklą pradėjo 2013 m. „Kintai Arts“ tikslas yra organizuoti pramogų, poilsio, kūrybines, menines ir sporto veiklas, užsiimti viešųjų ryšių ir komunikacijos vykdymu.

Open call for artist-in-residence programme

Kintai Arts is announcing an Open Call for artists, curators and researchers for an arts residency in Kintai in June 2021. This residency provides a possibility to live in Kintai while working on an individual project. 

Applicants, willing to apply for this Open Call, are invited to submit their Bio or CV, a portfolio with work samples as well as a short description of the individual project that they would work on during the residency.

The longest duration of the residency is 1 month. In the application email, please clearly indicate the planned dates of your stay. 

Selected artists get a discount for accommodation: a single room costs 12 eur/night; a double room costs 22 eur/night; and a triple room is 32 eur. There is a common kitchen in the building; some rooms are also equipped with a small kitchenette.

Up to 10 people can fit in the residency at the same time. 

Candidates must have good knowledge of English language. 

Applications are evaluated by Kintai Arts Board.

Following the requirements and restrictions of the Lithuanian Health Ministry, all selected applicants arriving to the residency, must provide a proof that they are not sick with Covid-19 when arriving to the residency (this can be a negative test result, a vaccination record, etc.).

This residency program is supported by the Lithuania Cultural Council.
